I feel a growing sense of urgency…considering what is happening in the world today…as of May, 2021…to begin sharing the musical aspect of my journey. For it is within and through music, that I feel our world is destined to transform and transcend out of the old “Age of Pisces” paradigms and into the emerging Age of Aquarius culture!
This particular time that we find ourselves living through…this “age shift”…will be looked back upon as one of the most amazing parts of the ENTIRE human story. I KNOW this in my soul!

I have not shared my musical journey, to this point, because I have not felt “ready” to do so.
Meaning that…while I’ve owned a guitar for the better part of 30 years meow…I’ve only “put in” hundreds of hours playing (and most of those arriving after 2013) vs. the thousands of hours that are “required,” before someone is usually recognized as “proficient” or “masterful” with their chosen instrument.
I Love playing guitar, but I do not KNOW that I am a guitar player.
To be fair…for certain, I AM a “guitar player,” because I can play guitar well enough to perform a song.
So I suppose that “qualifies” me as a “guitar player.”
But when I watch and listen to, what I consider to be, REAL guitar players do their thing…in my heart, I do not feel that it is “right” to NAME! myself as “one of them”…at least…not YET!
Having said that, my heart KNOWS that I was born to sing!
I LOVE to sing and I am certain, although I have not kept track, that I have been singing for thousands of the hours of my lifetime.
I do not know how close I am to that “gold standard” of 10,000 hours one “must” commit, in order to become an expert. But I get closer every day…because I sing EVERY DAY!
When I am singing, I feel closer to God than at any other time!
What I mean by that, is that…when I am singing…I feel that I am aligned with…purrrrrhaps…my life’s “primary purpose”…
…that which I was meant to “do” in this lifetime…
…and it FEELS amazing!
And that, for me, is what it feels like to be “closer to God”…it just FEELS amazing!
God respects me when I work, but He loves me when I sing.

This is why it feels amazing…because God LOVES it when we sing!
Of course, there will always be more you could do, but you have to remember that perfectionism is the voice of the oppressor.

What you will find in this Episode…and throughout this entire website…is presented “as is”…not “ready”…not purrrfect…simply as is.
One of the most important aspects of my Spiritual journey…with music and singing…and with all other parts of my life, has been to recognize where I’m not.

This is what I meant…earlier…when I said I did not feel ready to share this energy…yet.
But what is true for me…is true for ALL humans. NONE of us are ever truly “ready” for what is about to happen next.
At best, we can be mindful and present in the moment, practiced at our craft, and then align with what Spirit brings through us..to manifest and give back to Her.
Doing so using music, for me, is a creative outburst that rivals the entire range of human experiences. Performing music…for me it feels like I’m aligning with the primary purpose for the creation of The Universe!
After all…The Uni-Verse…IS music itself…incarnate!
I feel that not enough of us show what it looks like when we offer ourselves…and our art…in an unfinished way.
I feel that ONLY offering finished art…complete…purrrrfected and purified pieces…is not the whole story…nor is it often even the best part of the story…and I feel that the choice NOT to share it, causes many people to give up before even really beginning…without choosing to align with and offer their own Divine gifts.
SO much Divine Inspiration comes through humans and goes un-offered back to Spirit, because SO much goes unattempted…often out of a fear for how others may perceive and/or ridicule the offering…but more so…because we are most afraid of the potential for our own light to shine brightly…beyond the fear of ANY darkness!
We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark, the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.
