Act I ~ Preparing The Soil

Episode Three, Part 3 ~ The Entheogenic Journey!

Entheogen:

A chemical substance, typically of plant origin, that is ingested to produce a non-ordinary state of consciousness for religious or spiritual purposes.

From Greek…literally translated: ‘becoming(gen) divine(theo) within(en)’

Even without ingesting a “chemical substance”…just standing with my eyes closed…staring towards The Sun on a clear day and breathing in the warming Love I find in the air and across my body, as I soak it ALL in…

I find Divinity Generating Within my conscious awareness in those moments. I FEEL the presence of Spirit flowing around and through me.

INDEED! Once I learned what entheogen means…I recognized that I can FEEL this Greek definition…ANY TIME that I wish!

I only need divert my mind…

…from “controlling the show”…

…and consciously intend to keep it so!

Ultimately, that is my end goal…to fundamentally feel and align into my internal connection with Spirit.

From the moment I wake up…to the moment I fall asleep…EVERY SINGLE DAY for the rest of my life…without the “assistance” of any medicine, or guru, or external motivation of any kind!

Just being present with Spirit as a baseline…my ego consciously aligned and “married to” that relationship…in ALL moments!

However!

As goals go…this one turns out to be a challenging journey…at least for “me and my ego!” 😉 Enter the plant medicines!

SO! Once I learned to orient myself towards interacting with Them as Ancient Master Teachers…in a Ceremonial setting…ingesting or smoking plant medicines, continually allowes me to surrender my ego’s need to control the entheogenic process and simply align with where and how the process unfolds…TRULY OUTSIDE OF MY EGO’S CONTROL!

Eventually, with time and MUCH patience for myself, this humbling state of surrender that these Ancient Master Teachers allow me to feel, creates a state of mind within me that feels completely SAFE to “build a bridge” deeply into what there is to know about the nature of reality and WTF (What The FUCK!) we are all doing here!

This part of the journey represents the building of a bridge between the material “Earth” and the etheric “Spiritual” realms.

Why do this?

More importantly, why is THIS an ABSOLUTELY necessary thing to do…at least…for me?

I am the consciousness having the experience, not the experience itself.

These Ancient Master Teachers are Guides…and, as such, they are a means to an end…not THE end in-and-of Themselves.

With supreme respect…in terms of how much “They” can do FOR us…They are merely Teachers that offer us Their guidance and expand our awareness regarding a state of being that exists between this Material Realm and the Spiritual Realm beyond.

As I learn more and more from Them…They continually show me that it is possible to build a bridge between the realms…and, as I surrender more and increasingly “hone” my intention into, what I would describe as, a PURE Vision…

…They Teach and gently Guide me…in the construction of The Bridge!

The “why do this” comes back in, as They always remind me that I must build The Bridge! I cannot rely upon Them to do it for me! Indeed…They can but “show me the door.”
